Crunching numbers / future cash flow with seller finance

Hello all! I am new to BP and new to real estate investment. I have a possible opportunity for a SFH purchase with seller finance.

I am just curious how I run the numbers (which BP tool) in order to determine if this is a good deal?

I appreciate any assistance!
