I love Real Estate! I have been a Realtor/ Associate Broker for fourteen years. Four years ago I started with $6,000 and grew my portfolio to 13 properties with an appraised value of $600,000. In December I refinanced the portfolio to get a lower note and the money back I used from credit cards to establish my business Taylor Made Real Estate Investments LLC. I am currently waiting on sellers short sale approval to start on a Flip and have just wrote an offer on a ADU ( Accessory Dwelling Unit) property here that I will BRRR. I love Value Added properties and I am writing this to introduce myself since I usually just read the post.

Here is the Question: What is the most important lesson you learned in Real Estate Investing:

My answer: You have to pay taxes to grow!
