Tax Sales on"Unknown Property" in Alabama
My son bought went to a tax sale in 2017 and "purchased" an "UNKNOWN PROPERTY" in DeKalb County Alabama. He paid the taxes and fees that were due and then he has paid the taxes for the next two years. If He pays the tax in Jan of 2021 will he be able to get a clear deed and be the legal owner of the property?
