Looking for a single agent/ small team CRM software. Are you currently using something you love?

Bells and whistles are great, but a lot of times it feels like overkill.

@Allen Fogderude  I'm using kvCore, which eXp Realty provides to agents for free.  It has auto-triggered drips, emailed market reports, landing page and squeeze page support for lead generation, agent websites (mine is in my signature) - pretty much everything you could want.

I was using Realty Juggler.  It's not pretty - it looks like a Windows 98 vintage interface, but it was inexpensive and got the job done.

I also used and strongly disliked Top Producer.  It had a truly awful interface.

In a previous JV with another company I used BoomTown. Very nice but as I recall, it was $1,500 per month with minimal leadgen.
