Guidance on funding a BRRRR in Birmingham Alabama

I have a deal that looks really good on even my worst case calculations with the BP analyzer.

I would like to BRRRR this project and use a Private Money investor or Hard Money Loan for the purchase and rehab.

I plan to cash out refi the property once the rehab is complete and rented so ideally I would only need the loan for 6 to 9 months before paying it off from the refi.

I know that BP has Hard Money Lenders listed, but are there resources available to help me get in touch with Private Money Investors for this?

I'm in Birmingham, Alabama but open to investors from anywhere in the US.

Thanks in advance!
