Inherited house and farm land

Inherited 2 houses and a few hundred acres of farm land. currently working with a real estate agent that also does auctions. And they are suggesting to auction everything off because it’s quicker. I’m Afraid I’ll be giving it all away for nothing. This is in southwest Oklahoma and I have no reason to sell quickly.

Just looking for any sort of advice
