Better Understanding of Cash Offer Companies

Hello, I am looking for a better understanding of CASH OFFER companies that I see advertising all around (online, signs, etc)

I understand ALL CASH offer/purchase. My question is, are most of these companies using this as lead generation and then using creative financing (Sub2,Wrap,Etc) to purchase? Or, are they they loaded with cash, pool of investors, etc and actually purchasing multiple properties ea day/week/month for ALL CASH?
