Do you recommend Radon,Mold check during Inspection?

Hi everybody!

About to close a condo in Naples,FL area.

Do you recommend Radon,Mold clearance during inspection?I agreed to Radon (as it is odorless,not visible to eye)but not sure about Mold.The inspector will check if there is anything visible to eye.
