Gotchas when Purchasing a house on Auction?

Alex Baldwin
Posted

Hi all!

My Wife and I are looking to purchase, on auction, a fix-n-flip property in a great area. The Agent says there are no major issues with the home and it looks to be in great shape.  The auction is not for a few weeks and we're thinking of making a bid early.

What are some things to look out for when buying a house on Auction?  We've already done our zoning research and there are no issues or easements to worry about.

Any help is appreciated!
