As a newbie investor in the education phase of developing my rental business, I am looking to collect a wealth of resources to have on hand for market analysis.  Has anyone ever used AREAVIBES.COM for neighborhood research/data?  What did you think/did you find it to be a reliable source and did you end up using it in any way to make a purchase decision?  Thanks!
