House with repaired foundation
I was recently offered a house that I like the numbers but the foundation was recently repaired. They had to sink 20 piers, 9 feet deep, to level the house. The house is only 6 years old, so I was surprised that they had foundation issues. Have any of you purchased a house with a repaired foundation, for a long term rental? What was your experience? Most of you would not like the numbers, but I like the numbers, so I am only concerned with the foundation repair.
