Mechanical Lien Lien Bond Solutions - Any Options less than 100%
I got a contractor lien on my development for 32,000. The bank will not release future funds unless I satisfy the mechanical lien. Therefore need to get a lien bond. I was quoted I need 100% of the actual lien 32,000 and a 2% fee.
Are there any companies that offer lien bonds for less than 100%?
