Marketing for Deal Flow

I spoke with one of our clients yesterday and we discussed marketing and its importance. He spends $30K monthly on marketing for deal flow.

For my firm Clarity, we will introduce a new modern company website for our marketing strategy. The goal is to show our sophistication, clarify any initial questions on what we do, show how we best serve our clients, and create more deal flow.

To my BiggerPockets family.

1. How many of you budget for marketing? What percentage of total business?

2. What is the goal of your marketing? What are you advertising?

3.  How effective is your marketing strategy? Has it increased your dealflow?

I am very curious to hear how other professionals in the industry market themselves and their business, also the effects of a good marketing strategy.

Happy Tuesday & Go Chiefs!!!
