Tax Sales in GA Question

Hello,

Can a seller sell a house they got at a tax sale, if it hasn’t been 12 months yet? The seller still has 4 months until they can bar redemption.

What if there is not a delinquent taxpayer with a recorded interest in said property? Does this mean the property can be sold before the 12 months?

My partner and I have 2 contracts with a seller, but both houses are basically tear downs. This makes finding a buyer and turning a profit even more difficult. We do understand that we may have to assign for what we put them under contract for, just to move the properties.

Now a buyer has brought this issue to my attention. Any thoughts, advice, or anecdotes? I am in GA by the way.
