I am looking to help a renovator oversee a project renovation. Anyone have projects coming up that they do not have the time to oversee thoroughly? I Have completed a couple of projects from start to finish, as well as consulted with sellers on how to make their home's buyer ready. I am an experienced real estate broker, and have many skillsets to bring to a project flip, or a flip and hold. Any renovation project really!
