Down payments on long term rentals

Hello BP community

I’ve typically done 25% down on my rentals and with that end up cash flowing about $2-300 per door.

When investors try to get cash flowing property how much are people putting down typically?

Obviously if someone puts 50% down and cash flows $100 per door the person putting 25% down and cash flowing $100 per door is “doing better” deal wise

I’ve gotten the sense $100 per door is good but again this greatly depends on what you put in to start with.

Thanks!
