Rentals in 55+ Subdivisions -
As most of us know, seniors are one of the fastest growing demographics in real estate. Are any of you investing in homes to be used as rentals in communities that are 55+ ? I'm referring to subdivisions or developments that are privately owned homes, bought and rented out to senior tenants. Are there restrictions as far as HOA that forbid rentals?
If you are renting or investing in RE for this demographic any in capacity, please comment with details. Is it shared living, boarding houses, etc. NOT assisted living homes or anything requiring licensing.
