Hi guys. I am a newbie who wants to start Investing in Real Estate. I'm from Kenya and we have crazy interest rates from the bank. I'm talking about 13% and for some banks this rate is not fixed, it varies over the time. Which strategy should i employ to reach financial freedom?/ What should i do? I am really passionate about Real Estate Investing.
