What do you think of a SFH with a pool?

I came across a nice SFH with decent numbers but it has a pool in the backyard. Do you see this as a concern for a rental? Insurance is an extra $15 month so it isn't much but is it worth the hassle? Should I pay for a pool guy to regularly maintain it? Drain it?
