Worcester Massachusetts Driveway Paving Costs

Put an offer on a potential flip today in the Worcester area and it's in dire need of a driveway - tear out and redo. I have no experience with paving and want to get a general idea of cost. Understand there could be a lot of variables but I don't even have a starting point. It's about 1,200sqft.

Thanks in advance!

I do paving work and Here in mid Ohio it kinda varies by the condition of your current base. If you will need additional limestone prior to the asphalt then laying a 2.5-3” layer of asphalt would be about $4,500 for 1200 square feet. But prices could be a lot higher in your location if asphalt prices are higher. Also it would not be necessary to do two layers of asphalt on a residential property. It’s kind of an overkill.
