Hi. I work for a public Fortune 250 firm. But I know a lot a lot of wealthy people. If I wanted to go to these people and ask them for money to invest in a multi family and then pay them back annually with income?

Basically -I have no money to invest, but know a lot of good investments. I have access to many wealthy people, but I do not know the process or law about doing this. 

Please share any suggestions / methods you know of or have used.
