Starting off with property
My parents have a multifamily in Corona NY. Nine family walk up. I think it's worth about 1.5 mil. Mortgage is paid off. They've been sitting on it for decades just collecting rent, mostly just collecting rent and investing in agriculture in the Domincan Republic.
Recently we've talked about finding ways to use that to leverage into other properties. Maybe incorporating the property to do so...
Looking for suggestions on how to go about this....
