Mobile Home Investor Newbie Seeking Advice

Helllo BP Community,

My friends and I have started a investor group and we are looking for the best vehicle to choose for our first investment. All of us will be "pitching" our ideas at our next meeting. I am strongly considering choosing mobile homes.  But I would like to hear some pro's and con's from those who have invested in this sector of real estate. Also is mobile home investing ideal for someone who is lives abroad. I live abroad and all of the other members in the group are stateside. Thank you for your time and input!
