Boise/Eagle ID - Time to sell and upgrade?
Bought a townhome in Eagle ID two years ago and it has appreciated really well. Up 20% in that time. I'm break even on rent mainly due to HOA fees and rental market conditions. Considering selling and upgrading to a larger home that has lower HOA fees to improve cash flow. Anyone have thoughts or advice on what to do? Thanks!
