Long distance possession of auction property

Looking for advice on how to take possession and assess the rehab needs (including GC access) of a long distance auction purchase property after it has closed.  Is this something a property manager should be able to handle?  It being long distance I never get to actually view the property myself up close and I wouldn't be there to get the keys at closing.  I feel like I have all the pieces put together from a due diligence standpoint but my gap is in taking possession.  I've scoured the forums for this piece but it isn't something I've seen come up.  Thanks for any help
