AirBnB arbitrage process
I’m getting into Airbnb arbitrage and wondering if someone could tell me at what stage I should let the property manager/landlord know that I intend to rent it for Airbnb, and need subleasing rights. Should it be after they run the check and know I’m approved or just let them know before they start the process?
