SERIES LLC ASSET PROTECTION

Posted

I WANTED TO USE A TEXAS SERIES LLC IN A NON SERIES STATE. I WANTED TO USE THE SUBS AS BENEFICIARY OF EACH LAND TRUST. I WILL REGISTER THE SERIES AS A FOREIGN LLC IN THE STATE. I DONT NEED TO REGISTER THE SUBS WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE BECAUSE ITS NOT DOING BUSINESS RIGHT? I WILL REGISTER A DOMESTIC MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO MANAGE PROPERTY IN THE STATE. OR IS BETTER JUST TO PUT EACH PROPERTY IN A REGULAR LLC FOR ASSET PROTECTION (LOUISIANA)
