Buying then selling with a recorded installment sales contract
We are negotiating the purchase of an investment property via a recorded installment sales contract. We will be renovating the house for resale. Can we sell it and just have the transfer done from our seller to our buyer while still being paid the difference between our sales price and the amount we sold it for? What language should be in the installment sales contract to allow us to do this?
