Flip a House next to sex offender?
Thank you for taking your time to read my question. I am a new investor, and am wondering if a home situated next to someone on the local sex-offender registry is enough of a red-flag to warrant letting this home pass, or is this something that can be accounted for when setting a target selling price? Clearly, no one has a crystal ball, but is this a prudent move? No one wants to lose money, but a collosal mistake at this stage in the game would sink me.
Thanks again,
Ryan
