Best areas when your just staring out
My husband and I have an opportunity to take our skills of home building and a medium sized cash investment and start investing and building anywhere in the western US. We really enjoy the PNW but have looked as far out as Wyoming. It's easy to get lost in the vast opportunities. We were curious if anyone might have any locations they would recommend? We are looking for a smaller population, just not a huge city. Again thank you for all the videos and education in this area, refreshing considering all the so called gurus out there.
