Hey BP-ers,

I have heard Brandon Turner talk about how he has seen friends of his include a picture and a letter with their offer on a property. The letter including some personal information about them and their family.

Does anyone on here have experience with this?

I am interested in trying this as I am moving towards purchasing my first property and I could use all the help I can get to set myself apart.
