New to All aspects of Real Estate looking for help and meetups

I am getting my license very soon and I am looking into investing, want to learn more about Heloc and wholesaling. I am located in Memphis, TN If there are any meetups here that anyone knows about that would help as well. I am looking for basically any and all advice.
