Where to start to sell a 25 acres property in South America

Rodrigo Perez

Hi!

A client of mine asked me something I've never done before: to sell a 25 acres property in South America, with a course of water and an old abandoned house in it.

Also he asked me to reach a wide international audience to seek how far the offers could go.

I need guidance from the start. Should I remark the water course or the historical construction (150+ years)?

What are the websites appropriated for such publications and to receive offers? Like reaching Middle East?

Should I start with a base price or let the offerings flow?

Thanks in advance, I'll really appreciate your help or at least pointing me out where to start looking.

Cheers
