Book recommendations that cover real estate terminology & lingo

Before I physically jump into anything such as buying and eventually renting out homes I want to make sure I understand terminology and real estate lingo. I just recently started listening to the Bigger Pockets real estate podcast from the beginning and most guests have all said to make sure you know what you’re taking about in order to ask the right questions and get the info relevant to your interests.

So what books do people recommend that cover beginners info to buying and selling homes as well as throughly explaining certain terminology such as

... umm Escrow, equity, house poor, buying vs listing agent, pre approved letters etc.

I want to make sure I can have educated conversations about buying/ renting/ selling homes without sounding like a moron.

Thanks.
