1031 Exchange Recommendation - Very Pleased

Shout out to @Dave Foster, @Scott Rodli, and the team at ERG (Exchange Resources Group).  I recently performed my very first 1031 exchange, selling one property and exchanging it for three replacement properties.  The process couldn't have gone smoother.  Dave and the folks at ERG were extremely easy to work with, and are extremely knowledgeable. 
Even our closing attorney made a comment during closing, saying that had not worked with ERG previously, but was very impressed at how smooth a process it was with them.  He was curious where I found them....of course on BP.   : )
