Adding Value through Window and Frame Replacement?

Hello,

I am a newer investor looking for advice on adding value. I just purchased an older home (1910) that I plan on renting out in the near-future. The house is in great shape, however. Most of it's windows and frames are original; therefore, the frames are rotting and need to be replaced. Windows and frames are expensive!

Does replacing the windows and frames increase value of a home when reappriased? While I'm here, anyone recommend a window company/GC in the Cherry Hill, NJ area?

Thanks,

Darrin
