My wife and I have a deal settled for a house in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Great town. Great schools. It is why people move here.  House is 3 bed, 2 bath, 3 car garage. (Potential of 4 bed) 1.2 acres with in ground pool. Purchase price of $140000. Reno is $35000 (on high side) mainly floors, paint, upgrade kitchen, upgrade bath. No major work.  Selling price is $230000 on low side, but we could push $240-250 range.  Flipped houses (and property in general) sell quick because of desired school location.  I need money for the deal.  I heard if you have the deal money will be there. We have experience flipping previous homes. We have paid all loans back in 11 months or less. No current projects going on. Any help? Direction?
