What are the thoughts of this community on online foreclosure sites, such as hubzu, auction, foreclosure.com, etc.?  I have heard that these sites can equalize this process a bit, but don't know how successful someone new to this process can be to bidding to properties online.  Anything that a person should be aware of when using these sites?  Thoughts?
