Properties with shared parking a bad investment
I was wondering if it was a bad idea to invest in a home that has shared parking with neighbor and is also across the street from apartments? Does this decrease value these are not duplexes just regular single family homes but this one in particular happens to have shared driveway with a 1 car garage for neighbor and 1 car garage for the house I’m looking at?
