Hey BP!

Hope everyone is having an awesome holiday!

I have an investor friend would is entertaining the idea around investing in a 2 bedroom renovated turn-key home in the desert as a vacation rental. - We did some research together and the price points vary throughout season. Wanted to know if anyone has experience with rentals in this area and what a potential gross could look like monthly / yearly. 

Fixed expenses are relatively low ($900 or so).
