Investment Portfolios Made Up Of Low Priced Properties On The Web
Hi. I am looking into some of the investment portfolios on the web. Some of these put together a bunch of properties in certain locations with a given yield based on the ocuupancy rate, etc. I presently have five fourplexes that I am selling and I have had for the past five years so I am familiar with all of the problems with rental properties, especially ones that may be bought out of state. My main question is, if you buy a package of low priced properties (i.e. less then $50k each) even though you may get a high yield wouldn't they be very tough to sell even as a package down the road? I would think you would have to run across someone who has a very large stash of cash since most loan companies wouldn't give a loan on a group of such low priced properties. Please comment. Thanks.
