Investing in a SFR in Cleveland
Hi Everyone - I'm new to BP and RE investing in the US. I'm looking to buy an SFR rental property, and based on discussions in other forums, have decided to explore units in Cleveland.
Neighborhoods (mostly B/B+): Brooklyn, Parma, Parma Heights, South Euclid, Cleveland Heights, Euclid and (may be) Brook Park
Price range: $100 - 120K (with bank financing)
Expected rent: $1,000-$1,200
Property Type: 3-4 bed SFR
I wanted to see if anyone has suggestions for an experienced agent and contractor that I can reach out to?
Best,
Sahil
