Really cheap property with mold issue
Hi all,
I am looking at various properties to begin my investment journey. I have found one that is extremely cheap, yet looks to be structurally sound and not completely irreparable. However, there is a mold issue. To what extent, I don’t know. Is this a deal killer? There are already several offers in on it, some probably from people with far more experience than me (who has none). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
