Do You Renegotiate Deals Before Buying?

Hey Y'all,

Just curious, I know with some people there is a moral conflict with it, but how many of you will go back and Renegotiate a deal after inspection? Do any of you go into deals with the plan to renegotiate after the inspection? 

Would love to hear y'alls thoughts!
