Can I finance my first investment in an LLC?

Hello Everyone,

I am looking to purchase my first investment property. It is a brick fourplex in a neighborhood on the upswing. It is fully occupied and will positive cash flow from day one. I am looking to purchase this with 20-25% down and if possible, in an LLC I set up. The asking price is $280000 and I would like to submit a qualified offer of $220000.

I am having trouble finding someone to finance it through a newly formed LLC. Does this type of financing exist?

Thanks in advance

Paul
