Found out a lead has property listed on the MLS

Hello everyone. Thanks for taking your time to read my question.

I've made an appointment to see a property (tomorrow) which my goal is to wholesale. However, I just recently discovered the house is listed on the MLS with exclusive right to sell.

What are my options? Any information would be great!
