How to find the best market trends when decided where to purchase

Brandon Kalker

Hello all,

I currently live in North Virginia and I'm planning on moving in less then a year. I'm currently thinking about North Carolina and keep in mind I'm going to want to buy my first property.

Could anyone explain the process they go through to look at market trends in real estate so I can have a good understanding that this is the right move?

For example what would be the best way to determine if I maybe I should move to Maryland or even Southern VA instead of North Carolina.

Any assistance would help as I am new to the whole industry.

kind thanks,

B
