Hi Friends! 

I am new to real estate as a whole. I actually recruit for a Broker in Annapolis, MD. 
I am about to start my search to buy a house, and my plan is to house hack between myself, my boyfriend and potentially other renters!

I am looking in the Anne Arundel county area, although i am originally from Baltimore(Lets go Ravens!).

If anyone does any work in Anne Arundel county, I would love any tips on good areas to buy in, to flip in, renovate etc.
