Roofstock - Experiences/Opinions

Hi,

I am a new investor looking to purchase my first rental property. I live in New York, & the barrier to entry is very high, so my only option at this time is to invest in other markets. I wanted to know if anyone had any experience with roofstock.com & had any opinions on their services. All in the all the numbers seem great, & perfect for my situation.
