Fha to LLC to third property

I am a new and small investor and would like to ask you a question on what should be my next move. I have 2 houses. The first one I bought in 2014 on a FHA loan and it is fully rented(orange nj). The second one I bought with my wife this year which is my permanent residence(east orange nj). I want to convert my first one in to a LLC and start on getting my third property but I dont know what the best way to do this. Can you help me
